My Reiki Journey
My name is Nicole Couto, and I am an Integrative Health Practitioner.
I was introduced to Usui Reiki in 2013. It felt like a remembering; almost as if I had always known this technique and now I was just rediscovering it again. Reiki helped me to advance my healing and my understanding of self and others. I began to practice and eventually decided that Reiki healing was something that needed to be shared with as many people as possible.
In 2021, I began my Usui Reiki journey with Master-Teacher Michelle Rune Cicala. Successfully completing Reiki certification levels 1-3, I became a Reiki Master-Teacher June of 2021. I took some time for integration and then in August of 2022, I opened my practice in Auburn, Ca., where I continue to serve daily. Striving to bring the community together and assist in healing far and wide. Having received my certification and attunement for Levels 1-4 of Angelic Reiki in 2023 I have enjoyed using a combination of both in my practice. What a gift!!
With many years of experience holding space of compassion and non-judgment, it is an absolute honor for me to be a part of your healing journey.

My Approach
My goal is to help you in an individualized way to heal and grow on your personal journey, creating empowerment and transformation in your daily life.

We are all capable of learning ways of healing ourselves. It's just a matter of finding the right tools for what we need. I use a plethora of complementary modalities along side of Reiki to promote relaxation and healing on multiple levels. Such as affirmations, visualization exercises, breath work, sound healing and aromatherapy.

I believe that everyone deserves access to holistic healthcare—and so my mission is to help everyone find their own unique path toward healing and growth so that they can live their best lives possible.
