Integrative Health Practitioner & Reiki Master-Teacher

My journey with healing began in 2013 when I was first introduced to Usui Reiki. The experience was profound—it felt less like learning something new and more like awakening to something I had always carried within me. This ancient practice became a catalyst for my own transformation, deepening my understanding of both myself and the interconnectedness of all beings.

What started as personal healing evolved into a calling to serve others. Recognizing the profound gifts that Reiki offered, I knew this sacred practice needed to be shared with as many souls as possible.

In 2020, I embarked on formal training under the guidance of Master-Teacher Michelle Rune Cicala. Through dedicated study and practice, I completed my Usui Reiki certification levels 1-3, achieving Master-Teacher status in June 2021. After taking time for integration and deepening my practice, I opened my healing center in Auburn, California in August 2022, where I continue to serve our community daily.

My practice expanded further in 2023 when I received certification and attunement in Angelic Reiki, levels 1-4. The integration of both Usui and Angelic Reiki modalities has created a beautifully comprehensive healing approach—truly a gift to both offer and receive.

With years of experience creating sacred space grounded in compassion and non-judgment, I consider it a profound honor to walk alongside each person on their unique healing journey. My commitment extends beyond individual sessions to fostering community connection and supporting healing that ripples far beyond our local area.

My Approach to Healing

My purpose is to support you on your unique healing journey in a way that honors your individual needs and awakens your innate capacity for transformation. Together, we'll cultivate empowerment and create meaningful shifts that ripple through every aspect of your daily life.

I believe deeply that we each carry within us the wisdom and ability to heal ourselves—sometimes we simply need the right tools and gentle guidance to unlock this natural gift. Alongside Reiki, I weave together a rich tapestry of complementary modalities designed to nurture healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. These may include affirmations that reprogram limiting beliefs, visualization exercises that activate your body's healing intelligence, breathwork that releases stored tension, sound healing that harmonizes your energetic field, and aromatherapy that supports deeper states of relaxation and renewal.

At the heart of my practice lies a fundamental belief: holistic healthcare should be accessible to everyone. My mission is to help each person discover their own sacred path toward healing and growth, empowering them to step fully into their most vibrant, authentic life.
