Taking up space

More often than not, I find that clients resist taking up space. What does that look like, you may ask? Well, it looks like not using their voice. Not honoring the need to make any type of sound or to adjust their body in the way it desires. It may be limiting the expression of emotion or even the expansion of the aura.

I have found that it takes practice, and sometimes even permission, to get comfortable showing up in this way. During our sessions, I will encourage you to take up space and hold sacred space for you to do so. Our time together is an energetic support group just for you. A space to feel, a space to grow, a space to practice what it feels like to fully honor your energy, time, and experience here on earth. When we allow this expression, it enables energy to move. When energy moves, we feel better. When we feel better, we show up for ourselves and others in an authentic way. What an amazing gift!
