In the fastness of our everyday lives it can be easy to continue to do what we have always done. Stick with what is familiar or comfortable.
But here is a question. What kind of results are we getting from this? Are we getting our needs met? If the answer is no or I'm not sure what my needs even are, then I invite you to try something different or new. Yes, doing this can be scary or uncomfortable at first. However, personally in my experience, I am always glad I tried. I am always glad I stepped outside of my comfort zone.
