Root to Rise

We will move with 5 Centers of Wisdom in the Body – the Feet, Belly, Heart, Head and Hands - and focus on the Feet. We connect to the Earth through our Feet as we Root deeply down into this Source below to receive unconditional Support. The more we inhabit our feet, the more we are able to feel the rest of the body. The further down we root, the higher we are able to Rise into the frequency of Love. As we activate the feet we feel grounded and centered, feel a sense of Belonging to the Earth, our Selves and Each Other and are able to be with all life is asking of us. Come Dance!!!
