May  Market & Flow Event!!! Bring your flow toys, hula hoops, light  whips and finger light gloves!! Holistic vendors will be present  featuring handmade goods!! 6 pm-8 pm!! 

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance without the need to follow specific steps, abandon yourselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes you, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy which sometimes provides a somatic response to help release old stories, traumas and energetic blockages from the body through movement.
